These terms apply when you visit or buy from the VK WRLD online store. The store is operated under the VK WRLD brand. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject to your rights under South African law.
Products and vehicle compatibility
We describe products and package contents as accurately as reasonably possible. Images are illustrative and minor variations in colour, finish or packaging may occur. Vehicle fitment can vary by model, trim and year. Please check the product information and compatibility before ordering, and contact us at support@vkwrld.co.za if you are unsure. Do not use an accessory if it obstructs visibility, controls, airbags, seat belts or safe operation of your vehicle.
Prices, availability and orders
Prices and any delivery charges are displayed in South African rand unless stated otherwise. An order is a request to purchase; we will confirm acceptance and payment status by email. Products are subject to availability. If we cannot supply an item or need to correct a material listing or pricing error, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate remedy, including a refund where required. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
Payment
Payment must be completed using a payment method offered at checkout. Payment details are processed by the relevant payment provider; VK WRLD does not ask you to send full card details by email or social media.
Delivery
Delivery options, charges and estimates are shown at checkout or in our Shipping policy. South African delivery is currently estimated at 8–11 business days from order confirmation, including sourcing and preparation; Aramex Overnight applies after collection for eligible destinations. Estimates are not guaranteed. Your statutory rights remain unaffected if an order is delayed or cannot be fulfilled.
Returns and consumer rights
Returns, cancellations and refunds are described in our Return and refund policy. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Consumer Protection Act and Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
Website content and acceptable use
Store text, graphics, logos and other content belong to VK WRLD or its licensors. You may not copy or use them commercially without permission. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful content or attempt unauthorised access.
Third-party services
Checkout, payment, delivery, analytics and other features may rely on third-party services. Their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services to the extent permitted by law.
Liability and applicable law
To the extent permitted by law, VK WRLD is not liable for indirect loss arising from use of the website. This does not limit liability or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to limit, including consumer rights relating to goods or our obligations under law. These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and disputes may be brought before a competent South African court.
Changes and contact
