Where we deliver

VK WRLD currently delivers within South Africa only. The available shipping option and charge for your address are shown at checkout before you place an order.

Estimated delivery

Our estimated delivery window for South African orders is 8–11 business days from order confirmation. This estimate includes sourcing and preparing your VK WRLD package, plus courier delivery. It is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Weekends, public holidays, supplier delays, address issues and events outside our control may extend it.

After your parcel is collected, Aramex Overnight applies to eligible destinations. Overnight delivery availability and timing can vary by area; remote or outlying locations may take longer. We will send tracking details after dispatch where tracking is available.

Shipping charges and options

Available options and charges are displayed at checkout for your delivery address. Any free-shipping threshold or promotional offer will be stated at checkout. Courier transit estimates begin after collection and do not replace the 8–11 business-day overall estimate above.

Address, delays or delivery issues

Please check that your delivery details are complete and accurate at checkout. Contact support@vkwrld.co.za with your order number if tracking appears delayed, your parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing. If we cannot fulfil an order or delivery is materially delayed, we will contact you and your rights under applicable law remain unchanged.
