Where we deliver

VK WRLD intends to deliver across South Africa. Confirm delivery coverage and any exclusions in shipping settings and checkout before publishing.

Free shipping promotion

The intended promotion is free shipping on every eligible South African order, with no minimum spend, through 31 January 2027. Confirm that the offer is configured in Shopify and applies to the intended destinations before publishing.

Order processing

VK WRLD sources products from suppliers after an order is placed. Supplier lead times are not yet predictable, and processing time may depend on supplier availability and the time required to receive and prepare the item.

If a product becomes unavailable or a delay affects an order, VK WRLD intends to contact the customer with an update and available options. If VK WRLD cannot fulfil an order, the customer will be informed and any refund required by law will be handled in accordance with applicable requirements.

Estimated delivery

The proposed estimate is 8–11 business days from order confirmation, intended to include sourcing, preparation and delivery. This estimate has not been verified against predictable supplier lead times and should not be published as a dependable commitment until validated.

Before publication, define how business days are counted, how public holidays are treated, and what event starts the estimate. Do not imply a guaranteed arrival date unless it can be supported operationally.

Delivery partner and tracking

VK WRLD intends to use Aramex store-to-door delivery. Tracking details are intended to be shared after dispatch where tracking is available. Verify service, coverage and the tracking workflow before publishing.

Delays and unavailable products

If VK WRLD becomes aware of a likely delay or unavailable product, it intends to contact the customer with an honest update and available options. Customer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
